Last weekend, Denny Prokopos took second place at the USA World Team Trials, falling just short of victory after an intense, 1-0 final match. Denny qualified for the USA World Grappling team and will be training with Ricardo Liborio, co-founder of American Top Team and head coach of the USA World Team.
Denny gets a black belt!

10th Planet SF is working on a Members Only forum for students of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, San Francisco. The forum will host videos of all “moves of the week” so you can catch up on something you missed or practice a move you forgot. It will also provide a place to discuss upcoming tournaments and coordinate plans, discuss jiu jitsu techniques, or talk trash about your buddy’s game.
